In this role, you will:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure they run smoothly
• Proactively remove impediments and obstacles to keep the team moving forward
• Coach and mentor team members in Agile best practices
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive team atmosphere

• Scrum master experience (3-5 years)
• Experience with Scaled agile framework
• Good communication skills
• CSM or other agile certifications
• Basic understanding of Network/Infra teams

It's a bonus if you have:

• Experience within the financial services industry
• Experience with off-shore teammembers

• Long-term contracting role
• Hybrid work model: 1 or 2 days per week on site

• Salary: a gross yearly salary between €60.000,- / €77.000,- including holiday allowance & 13th month
