Join our team as an API Integration Architect and take on a pivotal role in leading the development and integration of APIs across a prominent financial institution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with both internal standards and external regulations.
Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing the API Lead Circle model, facilitating a central API community, and enhancing the scalability and efficiency of the API landscape. You will provide essential training, coaching, and support to API Leads, promoting a community-driven approach to problem-solving and innovation.

What we are looking for
Experience: Significant experience in data, application, and integration architecture, with a strong focus on API development.
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in domain-driven design, resource modeling, and business analysis.
- Proficiency in Open API specifications, API design principles, REST, YAML, XML, WSDL, UML.
- Advanced development skills in modern programming languages and an understanding of security patterns for APIs (e.g., OAuth 2.0, JWT).
- Familiarity with tools such as Bitbucket, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Swagger, Postman.
- Strong capabilities in knowledge sharing, teaching, coaching, and consultancy with effective persuasion and communication skills.
What we offer
- Salary Range: €74,000 - €87,000 annually, including holiday allowance.
- Contract Type: Temporary (1-year contract starting 01 September 2024).
- Visa: Applicants must already have the right to work in the Netherlands.
- Relocation: Not applicable.
