IT Compliance Officer

As the IT Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in safeguarding the technology and assets. Working closely with the IT department, you will translate policies related to information security, privacy management, and continuity management into practical, reusable IT solutions. You will collaborate with the CISO office and colleagues across other IT departments, ensuring compliance, monitoring effectiveness, and conducting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain security and privacy frameworks, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Analyze, report, and advise on information security, privacy, and IT continuity.
• Support management and coordinate with stakeholders on all security matters.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, and solid knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 and VIR/BIO/NIS.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT field.
• A RE or EDP auditor diploma is a plus.
• An academic working and thinking level with extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the IT domain.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Core competencies: persuasiveness, ability to change, initiative, judgment, customer focus, and future vision.

• A gross monthly salary range between €6400 and €7500 based on a 36 hour work week, plus an 8.33% holiday allowance
• Hybrid way of working, 2/3 days at the office
