The Challenge
We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer for a client in the banking sector. You will join an international Development Services team focused on enabling engineering teams through standardized platforms, secure pipelines and modern developer experience.
The role combines DevSecOps, AI security and platform engineering, with a strong focus on secure software delivery and the adoption of AI-enabled development capabilities.
Your job
- Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps controls.
- Integrate AI-powered security and code scanning into development workflows.
- Strengthen software supply chain security, including SBOM and dependency management.
- Establish security guardrails for LLMs, AI tools and agentic development.
- Automate security, compliance and vulnerability management processes.
- Drive platform standardization and DevSecOps best practices.
- Work closely with Security, Architecture, Risk and Development teams.
- Support engineering teams with onboarding, guidance and adoption of DevSecOps and AI capabilities.
Your expertise
Your profile
You are an experienced DevSecOps or Platform Engineer with a strong interest in AI and application security. You enjoy working in complex enterprise environments and are comfortable collaborating with international engineering teams.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or DevSecOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with SAST, DAST, SCA and vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of secure software development and software supply chain security.
- Experience with GenAI, AI-assisted coding tools and LLM security.
- Understanding of AI governance, security guardrails and agentic workflows.
- Experience implementing CI/CD and security controls at enterprise scale.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
