The Challenge
We are looking for a Data Engineer for a client in the banking sector. You will help design, build and maintain high‑quality data solutions that support reporting and analytics needs across Finance and Risk. You will work with large datasets, complex logic and an evolving regulatory landscape.
Your Job
- Develop and maintain back‑end components for the Data Warehouse.
- Build and optimize reporting chains for external regulators and internal auditors.
- Transform complex datasets into reliable, maintainable data solutions.
- Design future‑proof data models following established frameworks (Kimball).
- Collaborate in a Scrum team and translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.
- Ensure high data quality through thorough testing.
Your Expertise
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking skills.
- Strong command of English and Dutch.
- Deep expertise in SQL
- Experience with the Microsoft BI stack (SSAS, SSRS, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and data architecture.

- Hybrid (2 days on site)

- Salary up to €5,800 gross per month (36h/week)
