As a Junior IT Security Consultant, you will be responsible for setting up and executing security controls within a bank-wide IT DevOps control framework for our client. You will work closely with a team of security experts from the client's CISO department, performing spot check procedures on applications to assess their security status.
Your tasks will include analyzing and structuring data, evaluating evidence, and communicating with application owners and DevOps teams to provide explanations and clarifications.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute creatively to the development of new security processes.
What we are looking for
Hard Skills and Experience:
- Affinity with IT, Risk, and Information Security
- Experience with project-based work (2 years)
- Structured and analytical mindset
Language: Fluency in Dutch and English
Education Level: MBO+, HBO, or WO
What are we offering
- Salary Package: €4,333 - €5,417 per month (including 8.33% holiday allowance)
- Contract Type: Detachering, Deta-vast, or ZZP
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid position with flexibility to work both remotely and on-site
