The Challenge
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of my clients in the banking industry in the Randstad. In this role, you will help shape and evolve a modern HR tech landscape and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT. You will work in an international, fast‑changing environment where digital transformation and employee experience are key priorities.
Your Job
- Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements for Learning Tech initiatives.
- Work within a multidisciplinary squad to deliver end‑to‑end improvements in HR learning processes and user experience.
- Support simplification of the HR tech stack and explore new innovations such as GenAI.
- Coach colleagues and contribute to the professionalization of business analysis practices.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver scalable, future‑proof solutions.
Your Expertise
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst or consultant in HR/HCM.
- Experience with Learning Technology or learning processes.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
- Experience in international IT projects and Agile environments.
- Excellent proficiency in Dutch (mandatory) and English.
- University-level working and thinking skills.
