The challenge
We are looking for a DevOps Automation Engineer to join a mission-critical security team supporting a global secure platform used worldwide.
In this role, you will focus on automating cloud-native security services, improving service reliability, and enabling secure access to applications across a global enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Automate deployment and management of security services
- Troubleshoot complex network and platform issues
- Collaborate across teams to improve reliability and performance
- Contribute to documentation, research, and integration efforts
- Ensure compliance and security best practices are upheld
Your expertise
Must-have experience:
- Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell)
- Public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
- Experience with Zscaler
- Strong network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, IPsec/GRE)
- Security technologies such as SWG, NGFW, Reverse Proxy, SSO/MFA
Nice to have:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems like Entra ID, ADFS
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, Lean, and ITIL methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
