The challenge
We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Secrets Engineer to join a security-focused team working on secrets management for automation pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
What you’ll do:
• Secure non-human credentials (API keys, tokens, DB passwords) across DevOps environments
• Integrate secrets management tools into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code setups
• Automate secret injection and rotation using scripting and cloud-native solutions
• Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and security teams to design and implement best practices
Your expertise
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes, or other IaC tools
• Cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Based in the Netherlands and available for hybrid work in Amsterdam
What can you expect?
- Gross monthly salary between €5500 and €6500, depending on experience
- Hybrid work with 3 days on site in the Amsterdam area
- 1 year contract with possibilities for extension
