The challenge
As a Senior Network Engineer, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and supporting our clients' network and WAN connectivity. You’ll work within an agile team that delivers high-quality, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
Your Job:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for incident and problem resolution during business hours and on standby.
- Develop and maintain WAN and LAN solutions, including access to the Internet and Financial Markets, using Cisco ACI and Ansible.
- Contribute to capacity planning and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with a team of 20 professionals across three focused sub-teams to ensure the global network infrastructure remains secure and operational.
Your Expertise
You are customer-focused, take ownership, and continuously seek improvement.
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and Ansible.
- Familiarity with products such as HPE, F5, Cisco, Nexus, and Juniper.
- Network certification at CCNP level or higher.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes.
